Cycle Feminin App est un outil qui vous accompagne dans l’utilisation de la méthode sympto-thermique.
Il sagit dune méthode dauto-observation qui permet de comprendre les cycles menstruels dans leur singularité, de découvrir sa fenêtre de fertilité et de révéler une ovulation.=========================Cyclefeminin APP permet : + de débuter avec la méthode sympto-thermique et de créer son premier cycle + de noter et denregistrer ses observations intervenant au cours de son cycle menstruel ( règles, glaire, température, ovulation et jour sommet) + de noter les unions du couple + de visualiser sa courbe de température + de dialoguer simplement avec des monitrices expertes des cycles féminins.***** Comment ça marche?
